I sliced them into smaller steaks, so it's kind of easier for me to handle them, I don't like such a big chunky ball of "meat".
So the taste is very good, like the spiciness and structure, not meaty at all.
Sliced like that in smaller pieces I fried them in a slightly oiled pan.
