This is the best sushi I have ever had. I was skeptical of the mushroom, but it was so delicious. The roll has sautéed mushrooms, mushroom sweet potato tempura, truffle oil, Thai basil, and sweet soy sauce. The sauce is amazing. Blue Sushi has a ton of vegan options and they are all great. Will definitely order this again!
