Bibimbap al Sunnychoice — Recensione di windgal (5 feb 2022)

I've been wanting to try the bibimbap here since this is one of the recommended dish on the menu. Verdict? Super disappointing.
The bibimbap dressing is supposed to be a highlight of bibimbap but it definitely was distinctly ketchup-ish! The rest of the ingredients were lightly flavoured, nothing particularly outstanding or bad. In place of the egg was a piece of fried firm tofu (non-crispy). Honestly, I believe even I (a non-cook) could whip up a more satisfying bibimbap.
