#ecopackaging A fried ball that contains chickpeas doesn't automatically make it a falafel. This is quite horrible honestly. It's fairly crispy on the outside, but gummy on the inside. Little salty, otherwise bland. I associated the mouth feel with a blob of butter, no texture.
Whatever these are, it's insulting to call them falafel.
