These are some of my favorite staples to have on hand. Just pop out a cube (or several) and you’re good to go. They’re frozen so no worries about them going bad. I still buy fresh but love to keep these around for those oops moments when I’m out and want to make something. I’ve found them in basil, garlic and ginger.
