Orecchiette and plant Based Bolognese al Nolita — Recensione di chiara2202 (2 feb 2022)

Finally an Italian restaurant 100% plant based! 😍😍😍 we had the orecchiette with broccoli, garlic, chili, sundried tomatoes, kalamata olives, capers and vegan parmesan and a plant based tagliatelle bolognese. I liked both and appreciate to make very traditional dishes totally plant based. Although both dishes were slightly out of sauce, a bit dry but still enjoyable!
