I’ve not had had a spanish omelette similar to this in years, and this really reminded me of them, it was delicious! It is quite small but it’s pretty thick at the same time and it was still very filling, it made a lovely brunch.

Agreed. A filling snack and very tasty..just a bit..wet for some reason .
