This is my absolute favorite milk for frothing in a latte. I used to use oat milk but I wanted to save calories so I tried a bunch of different milks (cashew, coconut, almond). This one wins by a landslide. I use either a milk frother that plugs in to an outlet where you pour the milk in, or a steam wand on my espresso machine, and even sometimes a hand held battery operated one. All with great results. The refrigerated versions don’t froth as well, surprisingly. The shelf stable one is best. I’ve tried other brands but none compare to Almond Breeze. Something about the vanilla even though it’s unsweetened makes it taste great too in comparison to the plain version.
