This made for a great quick lunch today. You can eat cold or warm up, no refrigeration necessary. Next time, I'll probably put this in a vegan tortilla with some vegan sour cream! I found it to have a pretty significant lime flavor which I like but it might not be for everyone. It also comes with a spoon that works but isn't ideal. 😁
