Review of Pumpkin porridge at Bodhi Deli 菩提斋 by skootykoots
This dish always sells out very fast, but i managed to get it that day and packed a takeout for dinner.
Thick porridge type.
They topped with some mushroom mix paste whc tasted lovely. Also crispy tofu skin whc added a nice crunch to it.
A bit sweet'ish cos its pumpkin but l just added home made sambal.
I pimped it up by toasting pumpkin seeds n added it on top bcos im just so extra that way rite. Whoahhh, such a game changer.
So yeah, now i know why this is a popular porridge.
