This roll surprised me the most. I was anticipating it would be very plain, but this had such a delicious, strong, fresh flavor. It had very fresh bib lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, avocado, shallot, and the most delicious smoked tomato paper with vegan mayo. The flavor was phenomenal and would definitely order this roll again! #veganuary
