Finally gave into the abillion hype around this new found vegan pesto from Italy. It was out of stock the last few times I made my whole foods rounds, snagged one this week.
Cashew is the ingredient that makes up for the lack of cheddar. Tastes just like an authentic and classic Genovese pesto.
