Review of Vegetarian Oriental Meal (VOML) - Singapore Airlines by applepancakes

dinner - fried(?) rice with beancurd and vegetables + vanilla soy pudding. the rice was so mushy and wet idk if it was supposed to be fried? very little vegetables in it too meh. the veggies were also limp and sad and pretty bland. silken tofu was also bland. this was a bad meal >:( BUT the vanilla soy pudding was very good. slightly sweet with like a tinge of soy taste, really nice and smooth as well. could’ve more fruits tho!
