Pizza matta al Rifugio Romano — Recensione di walkabout-veg (16 gen 2022)

Extremely original, high in protein and fat. The base was layered in vegan mayo and topped with cherry tomatoes, sweetcorn, marinated tofu, arugula, and more fresh lettuce.
I think the mayo layer was too generous and it made the pizza so heavy.
Not my favourite combination, to be honest.
Waiting staff is always lovely.
