A vegan version of Camembert cheese made with cashews. This one is really delicious. It has a creamy and slight tangy flavour (just like cheese!) that comes from the fermentation. It’s a bit expensive (9,90€) but considering that it’s from a small business and artisanal, it’s understandable. It’s good to have once in a while or in special occasions.
