My friend and I visited Phō in Lincoln and was so pleased so discover lots and lots of vegan options. This Phō dish had This Isn’t Chicken with a variety vegetables on a bed of flat rice noodles in a tasty vegan broth. It was very fresh and incredibly tasty and definitely matches, if not surpasses, the vegan ramens at Wagamama. It was £10.25 so not the cheapest option but you get A LOT of food. Was absolutely blown away, a must try!
