These are nice flakey. Easy to heat up in the oven. I am just not 100% sure if it is indeed a store brand or mysterious secret baker as they didn't get back to me on that. There's nothing noted on the label.
As for the palm oil unfortunately we do not know the source and if it is a sustainable source etc.
