I tried the Marks and Spencer’s Plant Kitchen Lentil Shepherds Pie. Which once again was amazing also very easy to cook you microwave this in minute’s. I did it with Sweet potato mash, carrot and cauliflower. But have learned the topping of mash is plenty so next time will do a green leafy veg or peas. #vegancheltenham #veganshepherdspie #veganmarksandspencer
