This was really good! A lot of plant-based calamari seems to be made from mushrooms (which I love), but this one was made from root vegetables. It doesn't have that rubbery feel that mushrooms have, so if you're not a fan of that, this is a calamari that you'd probably enjoy. #veganisnotscary
