Nice, tender slabs of #aubergine marinated in this delicious #teriyaki sauce. Close your eyes and you could probably make yourself believe that you were biting into a soft lump of #porkbelly 🤤🤤 Umami in evidence 😋

There's some #rice beneath all that, and a bunch of boiled vegetables on the side. The pickled radish and the #edamame were the pick of that bunch. RM24.90 so not the cheapest, but a nice treat. #veganisnotscary ☺️
