I use these seeds wherever I can in my cooking.
So delicious and creamy tasting.
I mainly use them as part of a seed mix , sprinkling over the top of pizza before I cook them and in my homemade seed crackers.
This 1kg bag, pictured is quite a good deal and also cuts down on the plastic.
