Omg this was amazing. I loved it so much. The Benedict sauce was amazing. Flavorful and rich and creamy and thick.
Everything went together beautifully. The texture of the eggs isn't super realistic but it was delícia for what it is.

I suppose the only criticism/suggestion I have is to toast the bread more to make it a little crunchy.
