My new most favorite apple, found at Aldi. It’s advertised as “sweet & spicy with a hint of vanilla.” I compare it to a Gala, but sweeter and fresher tasting. It’s really juicy and has a great crunch! Perfect for apple desserts, eaten plain, or with nut/seed butters, cheeses or dessert hummus.
