As you can tell, it isn't really tofu scramble. I was kind of disappointed when I saw pale cubes of tofu, but I have to say they were seasoned well and I enjoyed it more than I thought! It was better than a lot of tofu scramble I've had in the past. They were out of hash browns when I went so they gave us crispy breakfast potatoes instead, they were yummy!
