Even though I created this dish, I never get tired of it. This was my lunch. As described by a customer, “this dish feels like a warm hug!”
If you want to have a wholesome meal without experiencing any food coma, this is it. Filled with zoodles, red cabbage, julienned carrots, salted tofu & mushrooms, immersed in a flavourful broth that is garnished with spring onions and coriander. Nutritionally dense and will leave you feeling satiated.
