this was so yummy!!
it was a fore roasted pizza with a beautiful crust that was thin (with nice air pockets) and had a hint of sourdough and an amazing melt in your mouth texture while being crisp and crunchy on the outside. i almost mistook some of the crust as cheese because it was so delicious. there was also the most delicious tomato sauce bed that was seasoned to perfection and a perfect amount covered in a bed of basil, red pepper, sun dried tomatoes, red onion (they own my heart) and this exquisite almond ricotta that was rich creamy and delicious. i will definitely be ordering this again. yum. #veganisnotscary
