i was surprised with this. it crisped up nicely and had a light flavor and texture. reminded me a little of a fast food patty. i rarely buy veggie patties but they magically appeared in my fridge. #veganisnotscary and sometimes it is magic 🧚🏼‍♀️ 🪄
