Buy this all the time from Aldi, works great in so many different dishes. (Even better when frozen and defrosted to soak up marinades better.) I think this 450g block is down to $2.50, so cheap! I like the convenient package size too, works out to 4 good sized portions.
Main ingredient is soybean extract and it’s non-organic, I don’t really care about that but just in case you do. I have a feeling this Aldi tofu used to be organic, so they must’ve changed it at some point.
