Esse kibe assado #bakedgoods é de abóbora #pumpkin e sem recheio, mas existem diversas opções de sabores e até recheios. Para mim é uma refeição rápida e prática de fazer e cai muito bem com uma bela salada.

michelleciascavegan I think we can call it in English as Kubba Kubba, kibbeh or kebbah. It is a Levantine dish made of bulgur (cracked wheat), with minced onions, ground lean meats, Middle Eastern spices. But the version vegan I replaced with mashed pumpkin, I added chopped mint, onion, tahine, lemon and Zahtar, then put to bake it.You also can replace the meat with mashed eggplants mantaining all the other ingredients. But first is important to soaked the wheat a bit and then squeeze all the water before incorporating into pan with the other ingredients. 😉 2 likesReply
