These were a bit odd but I think I liked them (my toddler didn’t hate them either, always a plus with kids and new foods 😂). The texture is really solid though and they struggled to brown in the frying pan and just flailed about in there, so even after cooking they still looked very pale and unappetising. Luckily they tasted nice enough. They weren’t over herbed, so I think they would go with most meals. Marked vegan #veganisnotscary
