Bought this specifically for baking. Was recommended to me by the nutrition store as best flavour brand to bake with.
And it did not disappoint! Made a tofu parfait and coco-nutty balls with it.
I was always put off to buy macro mike as it seems so expensive. This was 69.99 for a kilo, will last me forever.
