Momo Sushi in New Plymouth is where I go when I am craving some high quality gourmet vegan friendly sushi. They offer a big range for vegans with deep fried broccoli and Inari pockets, mushrooms and rice in seaweed, eggplant on rice, deep fried edamame beans on rice and sweet and spicy tofu wrapped in seaweed, plus more!
