Cheese Cake French Toast al Rebel Cheese — Recensione di Katie (23 ott 2021)

We made a trip to Austin (we live in Killeen) to try the Rebel Cheese vegan cheese and wine bar. This place was so classy, super busy (in a good way!), and absolutely delicious. I ordered this Cheese Cake French Toast. Topped with fresh fruits, maple syrup, house made whip cream, with a layer of jam and cheese between the two artisan French toast slices... I can't rave about this enough. If you've got a sweet tooth, this is a perfect dish.

I do wish my photo was better. They're plating was also very upscale, but unfortunately I had to order it "to go" so my picture doesn't do it justice. Great food, great restaurant, great people. A+!
