fancy salad at a sandwich place. weird little white long boi mini clustery mushrooms all up in it. i don’t know what they were. it was a big flav. it was like whoa what’s this flav. never had something at stefano’s/gia that wasn’t at least 2 levels better than it needed to be. but ya this is a salad. #9090challenge #20 #veganisnotscary

Wasnt the salad unreal!??! I had it and it rocked my world! They are actually honey mushrooms. They are similar to enoki but the stems are thicker 🙃
