Marginally less good than the alternative starter option (vol-au-vent), this #joohoochar interpretation replaces the #cuttlefish with #carrot and #shiitake, wrapped all the same in rice paper 😋 If I have one complaint, it's the heavy touch of #coriander that they used alongside the #mint 😬

See the second picture for a close-up, and the third for the ornate plate in all its glory. Heck, the fourth for the colonial-era Chinese ambience and decor 😌
