I adore Gardein as a brand and typically enjoy all of their products. This was a bit of a let down for me but probably because my expectation was high. It wasn’t bad, just blah. There wasn’t that many “beef” strips or veggies and the sauce was disappointing. I think if you bulked it up with some more veggies, and added chili oil and scallions it could be a nice lunch but that takes away a bit of its biggest sell - convenience. #veganisnotscary
