Soy sauce is dark and rich and gives a great flavor to anything you make especially when preparing tofu as I did in this Dish. The only complaint I have is that this bottle is too big to fit in my regular overhead cabinets and I have to store it somewhere else, will be looking to see if they make this in a smaller size
