my new favourite accidental vegan muffin!! i recently went in there and asked if they had any vegan bakery options because everything just looked to die for, and they said that this muffin was vegan, because they used pumpkin puree!! love when that happens. especially since i was not a fan of their vegan donuts (just too sweet for me). this muffin is as light and fluffy as a cloud, with a strong pumpking flavour that keeps it moist and dense. the muffin top is my favourite part for sure and this is the best muffin i’ve ever had.
of course i forgot to take a pic before we sliced it in half but their bakery items are HUGE.
i want to come back in the evening for their vegan fire-roasted pizza’s. i have been coming here for years, and have loved watching this place evolve into such a cute place.
they often sell their day olds as well, like 5+ bakery items for like $6, so come early and maybe you’ll snatch one of those white boxes.
such a cute place, and the best muffin ever. i will be getting this weekly. they don’t advertise this muffin as vegan on their sign, but i did ask to see the ingredients and sure enough, it is. so yummy, and such a good vibe. #veganisnotscary
