New dish, not yet on the menu but if you ask they will recommend it to you and serve it as well! (Trial period for this dish and a few other ones).
With aubergines and bell peppers, the tortilla is crunchy and so tasty and the vegetables mixed inside give it a sweet taste.
Would definitely recommend!
