Pretty sweet , but really fluffy pancake batter. I usually add a little more corn flour or whole wheat flour to it to make it a little healthier, and use flax seeds and almond milk instead of the egg and milk it calls for. Added fresh picked wild blueberries 🫐, miyokos butter, and maple. 🥳
