New go-to for quick work lunch. Solid without being too salty, not much veg but I always just bring whatever I have left in the fridge ( 📸 + leftover breakfast tofu scramble ), and it’s perfect! Totally worth not fighting with the local hibachi place to veganize something, not much different anyway 🙌🏽 #veganisnotscary #friedrice #quickandeasy
