This is the must have product for making vegan egg salad dishes and tofu scrambles! I found a recipe on Instagram and she said that this was the secret to making it taste and smells like eggs. I made a vegan egg salad and my husband couldn’t tell the difference! I don’t know what else you would use this for other than those dishes I mentioned above - as the smell does smell like you peeled hard boiled eggs. The Instagram is @edgyveg where I found the egg salad recipe and I couldn’t recommend it enough.
