Love these! They crisp up so beautifully in the oven and work perfectly for burgers or salad rolls (topping recommendation: hummus, B-well Mayo, grated Woolies vegan cheddar, sliced tomato, cucumber, pickled onion, lettuce, S&P, and a little drizzle of sweet chilli 👌).
