Another meal from the weekly subscription smart meals from Kauai. Looks a bit like "slop", but I really enjoyed it. Lentils and veggies (celery, mushroom, onion, carrots) with a mix of butternut and sweet potato on top💛 It was tasty and enjoyed with a ciabatta roll hot out of the oven to scoop up the last of it at the end was perfect. 😁
