Loco's sour creamy was a savior to me in a time of hardship and intense cravings. One of my favourite dips was sour cream and sweet chilli. My comfort food was potato wedges served with that mix. But all of a sudden that option simply wasn't there for me and I fought my cravings for close to a year until Loco showed up. And that was it, as long as I have Loco, I'm okay 😂 I use this for my wedges/chips but also a dollop on salads with sweet chilli marinated tofu (trust me) and it is a dream. It settles my cravings so fast! Now, for the bad though, it's made from coconut that takes away from the flavour of traditional sour cream a fair bit. It also melts incredibly fast on hot food. So keep that in mind, it's not a perfect replacement. But it's here for you in your time in need and I suggest to totally give it a go if you can!
