Solid vegan vodka sauce!! I usually make my vodka sauce “from scratch” (tomato paste + coconut milk/creme + vodka), and while I still prefer that over vodka sauce from the jar, this cashew butter vodka sauce was surprisingly really good!!
I was shocked to see this at the local Star Market in Porter Square — really awesome they had this option, and it’s super easy to cook with.
