
Not something you can outright taste, but I added some of this #vegetablebroth to my tomato pasta and tom yam noodles (2nd and 3rd shots, apologies for having to recycle the pictures from reviews of other products 😅), and can say they added this nice legume-meets-umami quality to both 😋 In the case of the tom yam, I'd argue that you absolutely need a replacement for the prawn or chicken stock; it just isn't the same with water and the various spices, so this does the job 😉
They eschew the health equivalent of greenwashing, by putting a clear * next to their claims of salubrity, designed to lead you to the factoid about sodium content (1 cup = 22% of your daily intake 😮) But even so, there will always be customers like me 😊
