Pesto & Mushroom Pasta al The Populus — Recensione di Mel (12 set 2021)

One of my favourite veggie-friendly pesto pastas around! This has Parmesan, which you can omit if you’d like to have it vegan (not sure if Populus uses vegan cheese). The mushrooms are the highlight — they’re so flavourful and umami! I do find it a *tad* expensive, although at $18 it’s pretty standard cafe pricing~

I do wish Populus had more vegetarian/vegan-friendly options though! This is pretty much one of the two options on the entire menu!
