I had high expectations for this one, I miss a good quiche lorraine… and it wasn’t ground-breaking. Wish the tempeh pieces had a more smoky taste to ressemble lardons more, couldn’t really feel them. Okay overall. Glad it was reduced.

Was it chewy, can I ask? The thing I miss about bacon is the texture, and that’s where I find most fakons fall apart (literally)
