Aquafaba Pavlova al Vineyard — Recensione di Hazel | 沈雪玟 (10 set 2021)

Meringue sphere made out of aquafaba and a shit ton of sugar. With even more sugar inside. Way too sweet. Passion mango curd, the fruit bits remind me of the toppings in bubble tea for some reason - making it feel very cheap. Vegan crumble, and sorbet. I do appreciate the vegan labels on the menu. From what my boyfriend says, it doesn’t sound like their non-vegan stuff tastes any good, apart from maybe the French onion soup.
